Payments
All payments for our products on this website are to be made in Australian Dollars. Jesters Flat will only be able to process and honour payments made in Australian Dollars. All pricing includes GST. Shipping Policy
The shipping fee is $10.00 for standard postage within Australia. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100.00. Shipping will be automatically added to your cart when you purchase items.
The Store@Jesters Flat will send items to all Australian locations. All orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days from processing your order. Please note that packages cannot be re-routed to another address once it has been sent. For this reason, please make sure that your delivery address is 100% accurate when placing your order.
We use Australia Post to manage all our delivery service, so delivery should generally take between 5-10 working days. If you do not receive your package in the mail within 2 weeks, please notify at thestore@jestersflat.com and we will check on the order status immediately or you can track your order online via Australia Post.
Please be aware that The Store@Jesters Flat is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Returns Policy
We will organise return postage for items that are faulty or an incorrect size. Keep in mind all items must be returned in an unused state and in their original condition. Once the item/s have been received by The Store@Jesters Flat and assessed to be in an unused, undamaged and original condition, then we will organise a replacement or offer you your refund. Please be aware that no refund / exchange is guaranteed as it is subject to our review of the returned product.
Return postage costs will not be covered by The Store@Jesters Flat if you have a change of mind. We will still offer a refund as above, but the postage will have to be covered by yourself.
No exchange or refunds accepted on items bought on sale.

Colour Disclaimer
Actual colours may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your monitor.
