Shipping Policy

The shipping fee is $10.00 for standard postage within Australia. We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $100.00. Shipping will be automatically added to your cart when you purchase items.

The Store@Jesters Flat will send items to all Australian locations. All orders will be sent out within 1-3 business days from processing your order. Please note that packages cannot be re-routed to another address once it has been sent. For this reason, please make sure that your delivery address is 100% accurate when placing your order.

We use Australia Post to manage all our delivery service, so delivery should generally take between 5-10 working days. If you do not receive your package in the mail within 2 weeks, please notify us at thestore@jestersflat.com.au and we will check on the order status immediately, or you can track your order online via Australia Post.

Please be aware that The Store@Jesters Flat is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
