We will organise return postage for items that are faulty or an incorrect size. Keep in mind all items must be returned in an unused state and in their original condition. Once the item/s have been received by The Store@Jesters Flat and assessed to be in an unused, undamaged and original condition, then we will organise a replacement or offer you your refund. Please be aware that no refund / exchange is guaranteed as it is subject to our review of the returned product.
Return postage costs will not be covered by The Store@Jesters Flat if you have a change of mind. We will still offer a refund as above, but the postage will have to be covered by yourself.
