Join us for THE most wonderful way to discover Margaret River on horseback! Start you stay with a warm welcome at secluded Shambala Retreat Meeting House. Settle in to your cosy nook and wile away the evening with fabulous local produce, mindfully cooked just for you.
Next day, after a relaxing breakfast, its time to meet you steeds and get riding! We’ll bus you the short ride back to Jesters Flat (just over the river) so we can get you started. Venture out into the surrounding forests for a day of exploring all the way up past the Canebrake Pool. There may even be time to drop in at one of the local vineyards for a spot of wine tasting. Finish the day back at the Meeting house in time for hot showers and yet another fabulous home cooked meal.
And it doesn’t stop there…Shambala Retreat has so many beautiful offerings from a stretchy Yin Yoga session through to Sound Healing workshops…or perhaps your own private music concert over dinner….irresistible! (Or just do absolutely nothing, lie on the couch and read a book from the extensive library….)
On your second day, we’ll ride off to the renowned Colonial Brewery through the Whicher National Park. Time for a long lazy Sunday lunch before we bus you back to Shambala Retreat for a final farewell bush cuppa.
An ideal weekend jaunt for those wanting a stunning horse riding experience, with that little bit of extra.
